Kra For Trainer - Doc Download

Hi guys!
I am looking for some help here. This is march end and we all have got our Appraisal forms in the organization.Now ,the problem is I've tried filling the form but I feel the language plays a big role and I am lacking in that.Attaching the form.Looking forward for the replies :roll:

Dear Puja ,
I have gone through your form. At first you should try to fill up your KRA which were decied in the starting of the financial year & what you have achieved during the year. How other one can know about ur KRA's ?
After that some fine tuning can be done.

i've added my KRAs ,but what i required here is the fine language,polished words etc. .i mean i can then use those lines and change them accordingly
