Obtaining Form-9 and Ownership Form for PF

Form-9 Book can be obtained from the PF Office only; it is sent by the EPFO at the time of coverage along with the coverage letter to the establishment. The second copy may be obtained from the office only. Form-5A (Ownership Form) can be downloaded from the site easily.

Recently, I have obtained the PF registration number for my organization. I need to submit the revised Form 5A, but I have not been informed by the PF office that I have to submit it.

Hi, the PF Office will not inform you regularly. You should be aware of these rules and regulations. You will only be caught at the end (when you are submitting the 3A and 6A). I suggest you submit the necessary documents on time.
