I have attached the grievance handling procedure for our HR members. I think this will be of a useful one so refer this and tell me.

Good work done. One thing is to be noted that the number days you have mentioned should not exceed seven days is only possible if it is there in the Certified Standing Orders of the company. In the model standing orders it is stated that it can be at max four days.
