1. During the above period, the number of PICs have been received. What does PIC mean? Can anybody provide the answer to the following questions?

Components of Wages Considered for Contribution

1. The following components of wages have been taken into consideration for the purpose of payment of contribution:

- d)

Components of Wages Not Considered for Contribution

2. The following components of wages have not been taken into consideration for the purpose of payment of contribution:

- d)
