Hi, I have recently joined as an HR trainee and have been given an assignment to prepare an induction manual for the company. Can anyone please suggest what topics should be included in an induction manual? Please reply as soon as possible; it is urgently required. Thanks, Meenakshi

1. About the organization: origin, history, growth, milestones, etc.
2. About the business: what the organization is involved in.
3. Vision and Mission statements of the organization.
4. Employee strength.
5. Growth within the organization.
6. Policies of the organization (Leave policy, attendance policy, harassment policy, recruitment policy, PMS policy, statutory information, exit policy, etc.).
