Please let me know what are the present rate of increment for medium scaled engineering industries.or average increments in india for 2010-2011 for non IT Industries??

Excellent - 20% (20% Emp of total emp.,)
V. Good - 15% (20% Emp of total emp.,)
Good - 12% (40% Emp of total emp.,)
Average - 10% (20% Emp of total emp.,)
