Their are many ways to retain emloyee. u can engage them in your process .
give job to their family members in your org as per their qualification & organisational requirement from that perticular individuals.
Give monetory & non monetory awards.

Its is very abstract subject and depends sector / Company / Job profile . So if you are a student you will have to scouring different forum and if you have work ex you will understand retention better. Remember attrition and retention is 2 different things.
