Can Sun Signs Really Help in Judging Personality? Seeking Your Thoughts and Suggestions

Hi all,

Please help me out. How do you judge a person, whether by using HR personality trait theory or any other way? I feel that we can even come to a conclusion about a person by using their sun sign. Will it work?

Give me some suggestions on it.

Judging a person involves some extent of personality, way of speech, gestures, habits, and attitudes that the interviewer or host observes during the interaction.

Even though the face is the index of one's mindset, first, you should observe their behavior from some distance. If possible, make a chat with them. Don't share the matter entirely in the initial stage.

It's not quite good to judge a person by their sun sign, but many times we don't know the date of birth to make that judgment. Observing body language is a more suitable option.
