Confused About Paying Arrears for Revised DA to Contract Workers? Need Urgent Help!

As we know, DA is always revised twice a year in January and June. So, we have revised it as per the government report which will be published in the months of February and July.

Here, we are confused as we have already paid the daily wages to the contract labor for the months of January and February. However, in the month of March, we need to give them arrears for the last two months. Is it right to give them arrears? Please guide me on how I can proceed with that as we are facing problems in giving the wages to them with the revised DA. It's urgent.
