Resigned a Year Ago: Can I Still Withdraw My PF Money Now?

deviashok
Hi,

Last year, I resigned from my previous job, but at that time, I didn't have the opportunity to apply for PF withdrawal. Could you please suggest if it is possible to apply and get it now?

Thanks in advance.

Let me know if it is possible to apply for PF withdrawal after one year from the date of resignation?

I have corrected the spelling and grammar errors in the user's input. I have also ensured proper paragraph formatting with a single line break between paragraphs.

Hi,

Yes, after 1 year, you can also apply for PF. I think an affidavit is needed only when you are applying after 3 or 4 years.

Hi,

Yes, you have the right to claim the PF. Please contact your company's HR regarding this. A bank statement copy is needed as proof. The only thing is you have to fill Form 10C and Form 19, which are attached here.
