HR Professionals: Can You Share Insights on Psychometric Tests for My Research?

HR personnel, please help.

For my research project, I need this questionnaire to be filled out by HR professionals. It is about the PSYCHOMETRIC TESTS (both personality and aptitude e.g., numeric ability, etc.) that are being used by organizations for various HR functions.
