Ofcourse it is mainly for industrial spectrum, however, some modalities

worked out with employers approval or both benfits can also be looked in

for example if an employee leaves a project in between and negating

pre agreed then question to look in arises and one commits job and company asks him leave the job, in that situations compensation works

this all can previewed for better accomplishments

Training scope, requirement and upgradation a HR should always

worked because it helps to assest the modus operandhi of recruitment

and talent group in our arms

You have done a good job but there is always a chance of improvement.
So, I would like to suggest you to make use of more professional
language in your handbook and an employee handbook always contain
disclaimers and welcome letter from the ceo of the company.Disclaimers
mean that it is not a contract between employee and the employer.
