Seeking HR Training Courses: Where Can I Get Practical Experience and Insights?

I have done MBA in HR through correspondence. I wanted to know which institutes offer courses in HR where they provide full training and explanations on the workings of HR in an organization. Currently, I am working in a non-HR field so I don't have any experience. Kindly let me know about such courses and the fees.

I have completed an MBA in HR, and in addition to that, I have also finished a PGCM course in HR from AIIMA. The earlier fees for the PGCM course were 30,000 for 1.5 years. Currently, I am pursuing a Training and Development course from the Institute of Training and Development.
