Hr Short Term Training Courses - Pdf Download

I hav done MBA HR through correspondence. I wanted to know which institute offers courses in HR wherein they give full training and explanation on the working of HR in an organization. Presently i am wrking in a non HR field so I don't have any experience. Kindly let me know abt such courses and the fees.

I have done MBA in hr and apart from that i have done PGCM course in HR from AIIMA earlier fees was 30,000 for 1.5 yr & m pursuing Training and Development course from Institute of Training and Development.
