My organisation, a commercial bank, is contemplating to do away with pay scales for various cadres, grades and positions. Presently, we have 36 scales for clerical officer line executives and senior executives, eg., 4625-375-7750 eb- 490-13950 for grade 11 officer how to squeeze the scales into 10/11 band with incremental differentials 15-17.5% with min. and max. of each band.
