Can you suggest me the best breakup of my ctc to get good inhand income & also resuce the tax impact?
my ctc is 3.56 lacs p.a.
the components allowed are
basic
hra
transport allowance
medical amt
special allowance
washing allowance
sodexho (1300 & 2600 rs.varient only)
lta & pf
also suggest that transport all.,medical amt.& washing allowance are tax free or not?

Basic & special allowance is depend upon what type of your co. For Ex. steel, Pharma, Construction etc.
Medical & LTA allowance u can give 15,000/- each per annuam which is tax free

Hi Sandeep, please go thru the attachment for the solution of your problem but for sodexho (1300 & 2600 rs.varient only) you can take this on additional or Reimbursement mode and can claim it sparely
