HR Initiatives And Road Map

Hi,
I have joined a organization as a HR manager with the strength of 45 employees. I am planning for few HR initiatives and want guidance from you as what exactly will help the organization in growing stronger

make strategies and policies
do performance appraisal
give trainings to employees so that they can perform more effectively
conduct employees meetings and ask them for new ideas regarding growth so that they can feel lyk a part of the company
handle employee grieviances regularly

Please do consider the following for HR Initiatives

Find out the top three business and employee priority . Concentrate the one which is best aligned. Such as the business is expanding hence your HR Functional priority is Hiring and Traning .

As an HR Initiative , take a re- look at your training and design an orientation program that will reduce the training time and ensure faster billablity for the talent . You may implement a new employee friendly Compensation structure , training & development program to make your functions more effective.

A Corporate Social Responsiblity Program is ideal , you can train employees on CSR and Code of Conduct to enhance Corporate Citizenship.

Monthly one event compulsary
Sending Good Morning/Inspiriation Mails daily or else weekly once
Updating about the Company Policies
Re-training on Product
You can introduce a few sports, drawing, arrange for some singing or fitness classes, dance classes also if ur employees are interested.
Award for every month is really a good Initivative
