Can anyone pls tell me abt the range of basic salary. Is it 30% - 50% or 35% -50%.

Hi Guys
i need some help.
My CTC is 36 lacs. I am paying huge taxes, about 40,000/- a month. My basic is 15 Lacs. I do not have a housing
loan, car hire agreement including driver salary for 27000/month.
can some one help me with a break up thats is most tax saving...i would really appreciate a response on priority.

As far as my knowledge is concern 50% of monthly salary is Basic and 30% of basic figure is HRA and rest can be calculated as per company policy.

Annual Components:
LTA Reimbursement 30,000
Medical Insurance Premium
Total of B 30,000

Statutory Components:

ESIC -
Bonus 6,000
Total of C 308,580

Perquisites:
Fuel Reimbursement 180,000
Driver Slary Reimbursement 144,000
Total of D 324,000

can someone tell me what is HRA, LTA, PF, ESIC definition..
