Payment Of Wages For Labour Supplied By Contractor

For a hydro power station in Assam, what is the minimum wages for Skilled, semi-skilled and unskilled workers?
As understood, the minimum wages prescribed are for scheduled employments, so whether the same is applicable to above instance. If not applicable then what are the minimum wages to be considered.

If no minimum wages has been fixed for your industry or if your industry is not a scheduled employment of Minimum Wages Rules of Assam, then also you are suppose to follow minimum wages. Therefore, if minimum wages is not fixed for any employment, then the least minimum wages of the scheduled employment for which minimum wages has been fixed will be applicable.
