Exploring Ph.D. Topics in HR: Has Anyone Studied Neurolinguistic Programming?

I am from Pune. I want to know about the topics which have been chosen so far for a Ph.D. in Human Resource Management. Are there any websites where one can refer to theses? Furthermore, I wish to know if anyone has chosen Neurolinguistic Programming as the topic for their thesis. It would be great if anyone could help me out with this.

What's your background? Have you searched the web for the information before posting your query. If not, I suggest that you kindly do that. I remember to have seen a report about one of the first PhD in NLP in UK from Surrey University.

Thank you for the reply. I am an HR professional, tired of working in corporates and wishing to go back to studies. I have searched for NLP on the net and found helpful information. After reading about NLP, I am sure it would also be beneficial to communicate with physically and emotionally challenged kids who cannot express their feelings and are therefore often neglected. They would truly benefit from it.

I am an HR professional working in a small firm now. I am planning to pursue a Ph.D. in NLP. Please suggest universities in India that are currently progressing in NLP. Since my college days, I have been very keen to pursue a Ph.D. in this field.
