As ofnow I am working on tow questionnaires one for the HR ppl of the company to undersatnd on what basis they formulate various HR policies on employee engagement. The ther questionnaire is for the employee, which will measure the effectiveness of these initiatives.
Can you help me with inputs on the questionnaire for HR ppl. I am sort of stuck on that.
I shall be using the template u sent. Its damn good.
