Dear Anayaat, thank you so much. As of now, I am working on two questionnaires: one for the HR people of the company to understand on what basis they formulate various HR policies on employee engagement. The other questionnaire is for the employees, which will measure the effectiveness of these initiatives. Can you help me with inputs on the questionnaire for HR people? I am sort of stuck on that. I shall be using the template you sent. It's really good.
