Example: One worker is always causing problems inside the company by not doing their work and chatting with others. What can we do about this kind of behavior? Should we terminate immediately?

I am Arun Issac from Cochin. My company is not providing a salary slip. My salary is Rs. 10,000 per month. Kindly send me a salary slip of Rs. 10,000 showing all deductions. I think there won't be any ESI for a salary above Rs. 10,000.

For the first task, please follow the standing orders. For the second and third tasks, it is better to complete them on or before the 15th, even though the deadline is on the 20th. The administrative charges amount to around 1.6%.

Hi,

Please find below the answers:

1) Please follow your company's standing orders.
2) Payment should be cleared on or before the 21st of every month, so it is advisable to pay in the bank by the 16th - 18th itself to avoid damages.
3) Payment should be cleared on or before the 18th of every month, so it is advisable to pay in the bank by the 13th - 15th itself to avoid damages.
4) PF Admin charges are 1.61% (admin-1.1%, EDLI - 0.5%, EDLI admin - 0.01%).
