Confused About Salary Break-up for Under or Over 10k? Need Your Advice!

I am confused about the calculation of the salary break-up. Is there any other calculation for someone whose salary is less than 10k or more than 10k? Can anybody suggest the salary break-up for salary calculation?

Basic - 40% of Gross
HRA - 40% of Basic
Conveyance - $800/month
Medical Allowance - $1250/month
Special Allowance - Balancing figure of Gross Salary

I have one more doubt on the same topic. Is this the standard format for everyone, or does it change for employees who are receiving higher salaries, such as Rs. 25,000 and above?

Please let me know the salary breakup for a gross salary of Rs. 27,000 per month. Let me share what I know about the breakup:

1. Basic - 60% of the gross salary
2. HRA - 25% of the Gross
3. Medical - Rs. 1,250
4. Conv - Rs. 800

The balance is considered as a special allowance.

Regarding PF calculation: Is it compulsory to consider the total Basic or is there a minimum of Rs. 6,500 for PF calculation?

Please provide me with a solution.
