How Should I Share My Engagement News with Non-Tech-Savvy Family and Friends?

Hello All, I want to share with you that I got engaged on 11th April 2010. Please pour in your best wishes for both of us 

Seeking Your Expert Advice

I have written a few lines for my family, mom and dad, friends, and train friends. I have attached all documents for your reference. I want to know: How shall I present this to them? Please note all are not tech-savvy, and hence I have already ruled out the possibility of sending via emails. When shall I give it to them? At the mehendi party or take them to the hotel before the celebrations start and give it to them there? Please guide me.

Thanks,
Deepa.
