I am an undergraduate human resource management student of the University of Witwatersrand in South Africa.

For preparing Induction program, you need to start with Company's history alongwith the mission/vision of the company. It shud include the objectives, quality objectives, etc of the company.
In Hr department, you can start with HR Mission & Vision & then with various roles of HR (Recruitment, PMS, Training & Dev, etc)
