I have one doubt in gratuity calculation from the following
Date of Joining 01-09-1998
Date of Birth 19-06-1977
Date of Leaving 28-02-2011
I calculated the service as 12 years 6 months (Total service 13 years)
Suppose how can you calculate the period of service from the above
actually my superios is suggested regarding the service to the above
12 years 5 months and 28 days means (12 years)
Please suggest me for the above
