Need Help with Post-Appraisal Letter Formats for Different Ratings?

Ok, here's a format we used last year - irrespective of how they performed... (because when we finish the appraisal, we fight over the figure and settle it then and there)...

Megha, the review period means the bygone period for which you are measuring performance. This would be the previous appraisal year. Assess performance for the previous year and set goals and development plans for the forthcoming year. It's a good idea to conduct mid-year appraisals as well.
