The need for career excellence entails the principle of "Empty your Cups," a guide to continuous learning. It's often said that the mind is like a parachute - only useful when it opens up! Openness to new ideas is crucial in any learning process. We have gathered knowledge through our journey so far, but there is no definitive end point in learning. If someone claims to know everything, they close off their potential for growth. Hence, continuous learning (CL) is necessary.

No matter where we are in life, there's always much more to explore and learn. I'm sharing this small presentation, a simple yet profound anecdote, to illustrate the need for leaving room in our minds for new ideas. This can be achieved by practicing humility, one of our core values.
