How Do I Get an Employee's PF Balance Slip from the Ahmedabad Office? Seeking Guidance!

Hi HR Gurus,

I want to know if, as an HR executive, I want to obtain the PF balance slip for an employee (for the PF office in A'bad), what process or form should I follow?

Please direct me.

EPF contribution slip showing the balance standing in the respective employee's account will be generated by the EPF Organisation and sent by them once they finalize the accounts. The company's HR has no role in it but to file the annual returns in Form 6A along with the contribution cards of employees in Form 3A.
