I have a great doubt.
1st question: How is recruitment different from core HR? I mean to ask that recruitment is considered as one aspect of HR. We all understand it in this way. However, some MNCs have separated both. So, I want to know the recent views on this matter.
2nd question: Can a recruiter's experience get me a job in HR? People say that if you have recruitment experience, you would be able to transition into HR later. Is it true? Currently, I am working as an ITES recruiter. Should I also gain experience as an IT recruiter to secure a good job in HR, or should I wait for an opportunity as an HR Executive/HR Generalist itself?
