Policy For Company Mess Facility

Dear All,



Oue company is going to shift in a new location, where we have made company Accomodation for our labors and accordingly their food arrangement, company provided Kitchen and Mess. We will ofcourse hire Cooks who will prepare food for our labors and serve them in Mess.



As the location is new and management has made enough expenses inorder to equip with latest necessary equipments, as a result management wish to have a good maintenance system and also the support from teh labors particularly who have to stay there.



How can we get full support from our labors that the maintenance of that place will not remain an issue , we need such an environment that every one will come ahead for its safety and betterment.

Similarly we would like to formulate the policy about usage of Mess and Company Accomodation.

Would any one please let me know the policy regarding the usuage of Mess and company accomodation so that we can make our labors learn for the best use of company mess and accomodation.



If there is any kind of policy available it woudl be a great help in this regards.

Dear Hassan,
I am also in same situation now. I am in a construction company and I have be told prepare polices and procedures for labors in camp. Did you manage to get some? If yes, could you please share it with me.
