Sorry Either you have respect for other’s property or not.
However, you can create code of Ethic s & Conduct Manual, ensure it is published to all employees make employees sign for reading it. Conduct a workshop/ open session to discuss it. Hold people accountable for it “should any employee breach any closes contained in the Code of ethics & conduct manual would be subjected to grievance procedure.
This way people will behave themselves weather they like it or not.
