What New Benefits Can I Expect After My Confirmation Letter at Work?

sheetal.khurana@yahoo.co.
Upon joining, I received the appointment letter. After completing a three-month probation period, I have now received the confirmation letter from my company. Could anyone please let me know what benefits or perks I will now be eligible for, which I did not have before? In short, what differences can I expect after receiving the confirmation letter compared to before?

Hello Sheetal,

Many organizations have policies in relation to probation confirmation, for example, leaves. In my organization, employees cannot avail of PL's unless they are confirmed. Therefore, probation confirmation does hold value for us.

Accordingly, you can check your policy manual to see if there are policies correlated with probation confirmation.

Hi Sheetal,

Congratulations on being confirmed. As for the benefits, you are now eligible for the complete leave allowance. During the probation period, you could only avail of 1 leave per month.

Additionally, the notice periods have now been adjusted to one month from both sides. This means you must provide one month's notice before leaving the organization, and the employer must also give you one month's notice before asking you to leave.

Dear Sheetal,

Congratulations on your confirmation!

As already stated by HR members, you will be eligible for leaves as per confirmed employee. Additionally, you will be eligible for bonuses, LTA (Leave Travel Allowance), and/or medical reimbursement (as the case may be), traveling facilities/allowance. And don't forget, you will be eligible to take on more responsibility.

Outsourced employees are eligible for their confirmation letter. Is there any policy? Please confirm.
