Is Skipping PF Registration for 50+ Employees a Risk? Seeking Advice from Experienced HRs

Actually, I am an HR Manager of a company. In my company, the employee strength is 50 and above, but till now, my company has not done PF registration. So, is there any problem, or if there is a problem, then what type of problem may arise? Please, any senior person, help me.

If you have 21 or more employees, you need to have PF registration. It's a very tedious process. If you don't want to go through that, you can shift your employees and ask them to submit professional fees. TDS will be deducted accordingly.

The question is not what kind of problems can arise if PF is not registered. PF is a welfare activity. Employees can sign a petition at the PF office. It is actually a healthy procedure to register for PF and ESI. Ask your employer.
