Understanding Attitude Change: How Can HR Foster Positive Shifts in the Workplace?

Hi, dear all HR, I am enclosing a PowerPoint presentation to help those HR professionals who want to bring about a positive attitude change in their colleagues/employees. I believe that first, we should understand (1) What is Attitude? and (2) What are the factors affecting attitude as well as changes in attitude?

Hi, a good effort. It would be excellent if you could add some practical tips on how to apply the learning in real life. I would also suggest using a different font and background color to enhance its effectiveness. Additionally, please proofread for grammar and spelling errors. For example, the spelling of "Summary" needs to be corrected.
