Hi Dear all HR,

I am enclosing a PowerPoint presentation to help those HR professionals who want to bring about a positive attitude change in their colleagues/employees. I believe that first, we should understand (1) What is Attitude? and (2) What are the factors affecting attitude as well as changes in attitude?

I hope that everyone will appreciate it, and that it proves useful to all. I always welcome your comments.

A good effort. It would be excellent if you could add some practical tips on how to apply the learning in real life. I would also suggest using a different font and background color to enhance its effectiveness. Additionally, please proofread for grammar and spelling errors. For example, the spelling of "Summary" needs to be corrected.

Thanks for pointing out the spelling mistake. The background of the slide was also created by myself, so I'm sorry, I can't change it. There's an emotion attached to it, you know?

Congratulations! It was really nice. But I would like to suggest that if possible, keep less text on the slide, which will make it look less haphazard.

I have tried my level best to reduce the text in the PowerPoint presentation. I understand that a PPT is not meant for detailed explanations, but unfortunately, the subject I chose is very lengthy, and I don't want to leave out a single line.
