I want to prepare an HR Annual Report. Can you give me a good model to follow?
In your HR annual report, the following should be included:
1. Recruitment details, i.e., headcounts and attrition rate
2. CTC details per year
3. Statutory compliance
4. New HR initiatives and feedback
5. Other issues
Please include the following points in your HR annual report:
- Details of training provided, including the amount spent.
- Training planned for the next year, along with the allocated budget.
- Any cases that have been transferred.
Jawad, none of us work for your organization, so we cannot provide your HR Annual Report. This is something you must write based on all aspects of your organization's HR operations. What you do in your organization will be different from what other people do in their organizations. Only you and your HR department know what you did in the last 12 months. We sure don't.

Who wrote last year's report, or all the previous year's reports? Go back in the files and see what was written last time, and adapt that going forward.
