I wanted to have a full fledged info on shops and establishment act.......can anyone help me or guid me for a website???????

You better buy the bare Act book and read it. The book is a small one and very cheap. Available in any bookstall selling books on law. There is no shortcut for certain things.

You have not mentioned about which state you are looking for. Because the shops & establishment act is a state act and varies from state to state. You can find it in the concerned state's labour department website or you can give a search through google mentioning the state name without fail.

You have to maintain following registers. These registers are given as per Tamil Nadu Shop & establishment Act and Rules. Kindly check with delhi act. This is just idea only.
Muster Roll (if Working Time is differed)
Muster roll (if Working time is same)
Salary Register
Service Register
Register of fines
Register of Deduction for damages.
Register of Advance
Register of Leave with wages
You have to display the following in your establishment notice board:
Abstract of Shop and establishment Act,
Abstract of minimum wage act,
Weekly Holiday notice,
employees name, age, sex, working hour, holiday etc. detail
"Here is no Child Labour" Quote notice
Regd. Certificate.
