You have to maintain the following registers. These registers are specified according to the Tamil Nadu Shop and Establishment Act and Rules. Please verify with the Delhi Act. This is just an idea only.
- Muster Roll (if Working Time is different)
- Muster Roll (if Working time is the same)
- Salary Register
- Service Register
- Register of fines
- Register of Deduction for damages
- Register of Advance
- Register of Leave with wages
You have to display the following on your establishment's notice board:
- Abstract of Shop and Establishment Act
- Abstract of Minimum Wage Act
- Weekly Holiday notice
- Employees' names, ages, sexes, working hours, holidays, etc. details
- "There is no Child Labour" Quote notice
- Registered Certificate.
