We have recently set up the admin department in our organization. All admin-related information, different types of lists, information databases, and new systems and procedures (in an Excel sheet) have been created. However, I would like software or some sort of system format where all this admin-related information could be inserted, and this data can be extracted as needed. Something similar to what we have for the HR Department (employee data software that provides all information from the date of joining to the date of resignation/termination/retirement). Do we have something like that for the admin department? Please help! I need it urgently.
