Please provide me with formats for machine maintenance schedule and work order. Also, guide me on how to work on preventive maintenance (PMs). I am eagerly awaiting your response. Please help.

Maintenance requirements vary from machine to machine. Have you searched the net for material on Preventive Maintenance? I found over 240,000 hits for "preventive maintenance schedule template" using Google. Some of the discussions are an eye-opener.

I am working as a project engineer at Haier Electronics. I am a fresh graduate. I don't know that much in-depth, but I am trying my best with my full capacity. Actually, here we have machines that make condensers and evaporators for air conditioning (AC). I need some maintenance schedule and work format template. Thank you.

As I suggested, please search the web for information. Also, if you have instruction manuals for books, look at the maintenance schedule suggested. In addition, involve the maintenance workers who have repaired the machines and ask them what can go wrong and what could be done to prevent the machines from breaking down.
