How Do You Track LTA Claims and Balances? Seeking Advice and Formula Sheets

Hi guys!

Can someone help me with how to maintain the data (softcopy) of LTA - actually to be claimed (entitled), LTA claimed till date, and what happens after we have paid the employee? What is the balance amount that can be claimed by him/her? I mean the balance amount, etc.

I am also looking for information on the calculation for LTA not claimed to be given along with the Full & Final settlement. Could someone please explain the eligibility for claiming LTA and how tax exemption is calculated on this?

As per your LTC system, how do you reimburse the said amount? Do you take into account the LOP day or not?
