I am confused in service tax. why service tax applable in labour contractor . if yes, why chargable amount of tax gross including p.f. & e.s.i. and service charge give me ans.

Service tax & TDS both are applicable on contractor wages on total included PF and ESIC.

dear friends
as per section 66 of finance act 1994 for serive tax it is not shown anywhere that the such benifits is include in gross amount for calculation of service tax

it calculation?
When an employees in a week leave 4 days then sunday not given the employee?
When an employees given the cl,sl 3 days & one leave then given the employee sunday ? i confused
so, i attached attendance register
