How Do You Communicate Office Timings and Lunch Break Rules Effectively?

Hi Everyone,

Please, could someone send me a draft of an office memo to issue to staff regarding "attending the office on time and ensuring not to take more than a 1-hour lunch break"? Please also include that "management will be monitoring more closely."

I believe you are not actively maintaining the STAFF MOVEMENT REGISTER, which should be kept with their signatures. Please ensure you maintain this register and instruct the staff to sign it. Let's review the results after a week. There is no need to issue a memo.
