Flexibility Working And How It Has Reduced Absenteeism

My name is obi and i am a Human resource management a University in the Uk.
I'm writing a dissertation on the flexible working and how it has helped reduce absenteeism.
I'm worried about how to prepare the questionnaire and i have to hand in the questionnaire next by friday this week.
