My mane is varun. Last year March 2014, I have joined in company and I have signed a bond for 18 months and submitted my original 10th marks memo. But because some health issues and the harashment from the management I left the company in a time period of 3 months. But from last year onwards I was trying to convince the company people & trying to get my 1 original certificate, but they are not giving it back to me and saying that I need to pay 1 lakh of rupees inorder to get my 10 certificate back, as per I signed in the company bond. Its a company papers, not any legal papers.
More over, I didnt get my offer letter from the company also.
Could you please help out on getting my 1 class marks list back.
