Creating Effective KPIs for Product Managers in Marketing Roles

It's really nice to meet you all. I need some help with KPI templates and examples as I have to create those for myself. I am currently working as a Product Manager in a pharmaceutical company. If you can help me create KRAs and KPIs, that would be really appreciated.
