Struggling with My MBA Operations Management Project: What Should My Synopsis Include?

Hi, I'm Sushil Mainwal, currently pursuing my MBA final semester project on Operations Management from IGNOU. However, I am having trouble understanding what should be included in the synopsis. Can you please clarify what matters need to be included in it and what type of format should be followed? Additionally, do you have any suggestions for a topic for my project? Your assistance would be greatly appreciated.

You must have finished your MBA by now. I have to submit my proposal for Operations Management (MS 100). My proposal was already rejected once.
