Understanding ESI and PF Policies: Urgent Help Needed for License Application Process

Hi, can anybody tell me about the ESI and PF policies implemented in companies? It's urgent. What are the requirements needed to submit an application for renewing or obtaining a license under the Pollution and Water Control Act Sections 25/26?

Please expand your question. PF & ESI are statutory compliances. Therefore, to my comprehension, no policy is required.

Hey Friend,

There is no policy for ESI and PF. PF is calculated based on the basic salary and DA of the employee. The employee contribution is 12%, and the employer contribution is 13.61%. PF contribution is applicable up to a basic salary of 6500.

ESI is calculated on the gross salary of the employee. The employee contribution is 1.75%, and the employer contribution is 4.75%. ESI contribution is applicable up to a salary of 10,000.
