Corporate Lessons from IIM-C: What Surprised You the Most?

Dear Bhatt,

The presentation is a good one and addresses some of the practical issues in the corporate world. However, it is a very wrong notion that is being spread along with this message that some IIM was behind this presentation. Initially, it was circulated stating that it was prepared at IIM-A; then it was attributed to IIM-B, and now it is being associated with IIM-C... where next?

Sorry, my intention was not wrong, but actually, I've received it under the name of IIM-C. Now, I can't share it under the roof of my name as that will be wrong again. So, I gave the information which I know.

I'm Prasanna. Recently, I joined a software testing company. My boss has given me an assignment on HR policies and their end-to-end processes, but I couldn't find any policy or its process. Please help me with how to find the policies and how to prepare the process.
