MIS Report - Mis Reports [Thread 245877]

I want to know about MIS reports, its types. How it is prepare?
Can anybody provide me the details with samples?

In MIS Report of HR u can consider following details;
Total man Power Sanctioned Vs Actual Presence , Catagory Wise
Absentiseem %
Man Power Turn Over Ratio
No of New Employees joined
No. of Offers Vs Joined
No of Disciplinery Actions initiated
Motivation actions initiated
Employee Participation in Improvement activities
Employees Involvement

MIS is normally generated for Managements to know the actual condition / status of things and to enable them in decision making process.
Well on the format / design of the MIS, it depends on what issue you want to generate the MIS. There would be different types for Compaliance, Recruitment, Turn Over, Payroll, Disciplinary Actions, Court Case Status and many other things like mentioned by Vipul.
Further, you should have a proper data while generating MIS. The data compiling and analysis is a critical element of MIS.
