Hi i am posting a format of MAO-B used to identify the behavior of Employees in an organization. The test is quiet valid though, since i have tried on myself.

Thanks for your post. It is helpful. Please explain different parameters to develop a report out of this test. It would be easy for the project manger or reporting officer to understand the nature.
I am not from psychology background. So wish to understand the report form a general prospective.
