Exclusive Module on Retail Customer Service

I have created an exclusive module on Retail Customer Service, focusing solely on service aspects for frontline staff. This module can be easily implemented without much customization. This time, I will be able to incorporate stories and videos. Unfortunately, I won't be able to attach videos due to their large file sizes. I have liked it a lot, and it provided me with valuable concepts to prepare a similar training programme for the frontline employees in a manufacturing company. Hoping for more valuable PPTs on training the admin people. I was not able to see the videos in the PPT. Requesting you to please provide me with the way to see the videos.
